( josh's hand rests against his own, and julian curls his fingers around josh's, pulls him in closer. the bandages on his hands are gone; he's--adjusting to the sensation of skin on skin contact again. )

[ he shuts his eyes, lips quirking into a half smile. ]

[ he leans back, trying to hold the drink out of Julian's reach. ]

( don't mind him, just shoving against josh's shoulder to try and lean over him to take his stupid coffee. )

[ he's balanced precariously on the edge of the bed, grinning like a total idiot. ]

[ oh well, he's not expecting that. he's just about to take a sip when julian sinks his teeth in, earning a startled gasp -

and also him grabbing on to julian so he doesn't topple off the bed. ]

( wow, rude. he--braces himself back against the mattress on a hand, leans over josh. )
